Ingredients

1 C. Regular Rolled Oats
1/2 C. Sesame seeds
3 cups Dried Cranberries or other dried fruit such as apricots
1 C. Coconut
1/2 C. Dry Powdered Milk
1/2 C. Toasted Wheat Germ
1 C. Light Corn Syrup
1 1/2 Peanut Butter
1 t. Orange Extract
Directions
Spread oats in a 10 by 15 inch baking pan. Bake in a 300 degree oven until oats are toasted, about 25 minutes. Meanwhile chop almonds & combine in large bowl with cranberries or other dried fruit, coconut, dry milk, & toasted wheat germ. Mix in hot oats.
In frying pan, combine corn syrup & peanut butter & then add 1 teaspoon of orange extract. When all melted together, quickly pour over dry ingredients & mix well. Spread in 9x13 pan. Cool & cut into 24 bars.
Store in small zip lock snack bags. Can freeze.
