Ingredients

    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1/2 Jalepeno Pepper (diced)
    1/4 Medium Tomoato (diced)
    1 slice Onion (diced)
    1 Slice Turkey Ham (diced)
    1/4 c. Kraft Shredded Cheese (taco blend)
    1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Heat Skillet with the Olive oil
Add onion and cook until start to turn brown (carmelize)
add remaining veggies and meat
cook for about 2 mins
add egg beater and scramble until done
put on place add cheese on top
then add picante sauce on top

    wow this sounds how I make eggs but I don't use egg beaters I use fresh eggs and I do not add any milk as I think of that as just a filler. My family loves the taste of eggs and doesnt' care for the added milk. thanks for sharing this i love jalepeno's in anything. - 2/7/10

    Fantastic! I used Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican. I also used 1/2 egg beaters egg whites, makes a fluffier product. Great wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. - 2/11/10
