Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Medium Cabbage
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 Egg
    1 cup chopped onions
    2 cups tomato sauce (Hunts; plain)
    3 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 cup brown rice
    1 cup Sourkraut

Directions

Par boil cabbage for 10-15 minutes. Let cool
Gently remove leaves

Mix remaining ingredients except saurkraut and .5 cup sauce in a medium bowl

Roll a ball of turkey mixture the size of your palm in a narrow ball.

Stuff each cabbage leaf with mixture; roll and fold in sides

Lay each stuffed cabbage leaf in a baking dish seam side down.

Mix .5 cup tomato sauce with 1 cup water. Pour over cabbage rolls
Add sourkraut arranging it around all cabbage rolls
Cover with tin foil, poking holes for steam
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes
