Introduction

If you miss Crab Rangoon, this is a yummy lowfat version. This is more crab filled than cream cheese, but still very creamy and tasty. If you miss Crab Rangoon, this is a yummy lowfat version. This is more crab filled than cream cheese, but still very creamy and tasty.

Ingredients

Wonton Wraps (Nasoya) 13 wrappers 3 inch x 3 inch square
*Chive and Onion Reduced Fat Cream Cheese - from Philadelphia, 2 tbsp
*Cheese, Philadelphia Cream Fat Free, 2 tbsp
    *Chopped Green Onions 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    *French's Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
*Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 1/5 of a pound

Directions

In a bowl mix the cream cheeses, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce and green onions. Rinse the imitation crab meat to remove some of the salt and sugar. Then shred the crab meat and mix into the cream cheese mixture. Spoon a heaping teaspoon onto the center of a wonton wrapper. Fold into a triangle and wet edges with water to seal. Spray with Pam butter flavored cooking spray. I put mine on tinfoil and put in a toaster oven. I baked mine on 350 for about 8 minutes. Then I broiled them about 3 minutes on each side. The edges became brown and crispy, the centers not so much, but they still tasted good.

I did the calorie index based on each wonton, so you can decide how many to eat based on how many calories you want to spend.
