Ingredients

    Baby food carrots, Splenda, vanilla protein powder, egg whites, Ricotta cheese, soy flour, and spices

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients together, set aside. Mix all wet ingredients, then add to dry mixture a little at a time, blending thoroughly. Spread into a greased 8x8 Pyrex dish and bake in preheated oven for 28-30 minutes. Let cool and cut into 16 small squares. Each serving is two squares.
