    Neufchatel Cheese, 16 oz (This is cream cheese with 1/3 of the fat. Can get in most stores.)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 cup
    Food Lion Light Mayo, 16 tbsp
    Heinz Zesty Cocktail Sauce, .5 cup (Any low calorie Cocktail sauce)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz
    Bumble Bee Tiny Shrimp, 2 cans
    Tomatoes, 2 medium whole
    Green Onions, 1 cup


Mix Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, and Mayo. Pour into a serving tray that is about 2 inches deep. Spread evenly.
Pour Cocktail sauce on top. Spread evenly.
Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese on top evenly.
Sprinkle shrimp on top of mozzarella, evenly.
Sprinkle Tomatoes and Green onions on top.

(Tastes best in this order)

This makes 28 1/4th C. servings. Serve with Crackers!
