Introduction

Simple one pot veggie chili! Simple one pot veggie chili!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Red Kidney beans (I use extra 1 1/2 40 oz. cans)
    1 28 oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
    1 28 oz. Petite Diced Tomatoes w/ onions and peppers
    4 Tbsp.* Chili Powder
    1 Tbsp.* Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp.* Onion Powder
    1/2 tsp.* Salt
    Pepper* to taste

    *Add more or less to your taste

    You can also add chopped onions and peppers.


Directions

Brown frozen Morning Star griller recipe crumbles until thawed in large pot.
Add crushed tomatoes.
Drain diced tomatoes and kidney beans add to pot.
Mix in all seasonings. Add extra salt, pepper and chili powder to taste.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer at least 15 minutes.
