Ingredients

    Family Pack Frozen Fresh Stew Vegetables
    1 can 25 percent reduced sodium Cream of Mushroom
    1 can 25 percent reduced sodium Tomato Soup
    2 cans Campbells Beef Consomme'
    2.5 lb Beef Chuck Roast cooked and shredded
    1/2 soup can of water
    tbsp of crushed prepared garlic
    season to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crockpot with beef roast. Remove beef roast after cooked and shredded and place back in Stew/Soup. Serves 11 - 15
