Introduction

All vegetables are fresh, except frozen peas. Do not cook anything. Use small cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes whole. Cut cheese in small square pieces.     Low Fat Salad Dressing, Italian

Makes 6 1- cup servings. This is a fabulous recipe for Holiday table as it does not require refrigeration, it is green and red (very colorful).
