Introduction

Kiind of came up with this by mistake. Actually tastes pretty good. Kiind of came up with this by mistake. Actually tastes pretty good.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    12 dates (pitted and chopped equivalent to 1 cup)
    3/4 cup of sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Directions

Cook dates, sugar, and egg over medium low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in pecans. Let cool until you can handle it. Mix powdered sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Using a spoon drop a bit of the date mixture into the powdered sugar and cinnamon. push around until coated and you are able to pick it up with out it sticking to you. Roll around in the palm of your hand to form a ball. Place on tray. Makes about 20 1 inch balls.
