Ingredients

    Peel 1 large potato, either red, white or russet chopped
    peel 3 carrots, regular size slice thin
    4-6 oz light sour cream
    lots of pepper
    dash of salt to taste (sea salt)
    steam carrots and potato until soft, mash together and add sour cream, salt to taste, and pepper. Whip and you can pipe them on to plate with pastry bag. Try this first before you decide to add anything else, it is really good like this.
