Ingredients

4 (6oz.) cans tuna, in water, drained and flaked
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups dry bread crumbs, seasoned, divided
6 green onions, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger
cooking spray
Directions
In a large bowl, mix tuna, eggs, 1 cups of bread crumbs, green onions, and garlic. Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ketchup, sesame oil, ginger and pepper into the tuna mixture. Form the tuna into 12 patties. Lightly sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Heat large skillet on medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Cook patties about 5 minutes on each side until heated through and golden brown.

Yum! I make them bit different to cut back on the calories. use egg white instead of whole eggs, omit the extra coat of bread crumbs & I only use 3/4 cup of plain bread crumbs in the mix. Patties are roughly 1/3 cup when formed. Calories = 117 per patty this way, 1.8g fat, 12 g protein, 12 g carb - 4/21/11
