Yum! I make them bit different to cut back on the calories. use egg white instead of whole eggs, omit the extra coat of bread crumbs & I only use 3/4 cup of plain bread crumbs in the mix. Patties are roughly 1/3 cup when formed. Calories = 117 per patty this way, 1.8g fat, 12 g protein, 12 g carb
