  • Very good! I agree with the other people that the thinner they are the better. I think I will run the zucchini through the food processor next time to get smaller, consistent slices. I also added some salt-free garlic and herb seasoning. - 1/21/10

  • I added some crushed red pepper flakes to spice these up and they were fabulous. Even my non zucchini eating boyfriend loved them! - 1/1/08
