Ingredients

    1/4 cup Skim Milk
    3/4 cup Diced Watermelon
    1/2 cup Whole Strawberries
    1/2 cup Low Fat Plain Yogurt
    2 tsp. EAS Precision Protein Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    3 Ice Cubes

Directions

Include all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

For extra volume, add more ice.
