Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

2 slices of high-fiber bread (5gm per serving or slice)
    1 egg white
    1 egg whole
    1 tbsp butter
1 slice of cheese (real or food)

Directions

1. Get a microwave safe mug and place butter in there.
2. Microwave butter for about a minute (cover cup).
3. Swirl butter around when removing cup (you probably need a potholder for the mug handle).
4. Add 1 egg white and one whole egg to cup.
5. Start bread in toaster.
6. Microwave for 3:33 at 40% power in a 1200 watt microwave oven (your time/power may vary).
7. Remove toast from toaster and place on plate open.
8. Carefully remove mug from microwave using potholder and drizzle butter left in mug on either or both slices of toast. Then place egg one of the slices of toast.
9. Add cheese slice and top with other slice. Let stand for 1 minute or less to allow cheese to melt or soften.
10. Serve and eat right away.
