Introduction

This started with a recipe I saw somewhere and made over to suit me. It is a great afternoon or evening snack or dessert. I suppose it could also be used for breakfast. Very filling. Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1 cup strawberry halves (frozen)
    1/2 cup non-fat skim milk
    2 pkts Splenda
    2 pkts Stevia Extract (French Vanilla from NOW)

Directions

This recipe makes two servings.

Place all ingredients in a blender that has the capability to shave ice. Chop/blend until smooth.

    I didn't have strawberries so used 1 cup of frozen mixed berries instead. It was absolutely delightful. My son couldn't get enough of it, very very good and so filling! - 5/30/10
