Ingredients

Lean Ground Beef 2 lbs.
Part Skim Mozzarella 8 oz.
Sliced Pepperoni 8 oz.
Large Green Pepper 1 chopped
Large Red Pepper 1 chopped
Plain Tomato Sauce 2 cups
Ground Oregano 1 tbsp.
Dried Basil 1.5 tsp.
Dried Marjoram 1.5 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp.
Canola Oil (for deep frying) (absorption amount included in nutrition facts)
Directions
1. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Drain on paper towels.
2. In a large bowl combine beef, pepperoni, peppers, and cheese.
3. Combine tomato sauce and spices and add to beef mixture.
4. Lay out 6 egg roll wrappers at one time. Moisten all edges with water and place approx 1-1/12 tbsp. of mixture in the center of each wrapper. Fold one edge over meat mixture and then the other edge. Crimp the ends well. Keep covered with a damp cloth until ready to fry.(If the ends loosen a bit, re-moisten the ends and crimp again.
5. Fry in hot canola oil @ 350* for about 5 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towels and enjoy.
To re-heat put in a 350* oven for approx 5 minutes. If frozen, let the pizza rolls thaw and reheat at 350* for about 5-7 minutes
