Ingredients

    16 lasagna noodles
    15oz ricotta
    16oz mozzarella
    2 eggs
    1 - 2 pound ground beef
    2 jars spaghetti sauce

Directions

preheat to 375
spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray
in med bowl, beat eggs, stir in ricotta and 2 cups mozzarella

spread one cup sauce on bottom of pan
layer 4 uncooked (no boil) lasagne sheets, 1/3 ricotta mixture, half of browned meat, 1 cup mozzarella, and 1 cup sauce
2nd layer: 4 uncooked lasagna sheets, 1/3 ricotta mix, 1.5 cups sauce
layer 3: 4 uncooked lasagna sheets, remaining ricotta mix, remaining meat, and one cup sauce
top with four sheets, remaining sauce and mozzarella
makes 16 servings (but box says 12)
