Ingredients

    1 tomato diced
    1 English Cucumber or 2 reg. cucumbers diced
    1 can of corn, drained
    1/2 can black beans, rinsed
    1 red pepper diced
    1 clove of garlic, minced
    basil (about 1 tbsp)
    salt & pepper to taste
    oregano (about 1 tbsp)
    about 2 tbsp olive oil
    Juice from 1 lemon.

Directions

Dice veggies, garlic and put into a bowl with rest of seasoning.
Rince canned black beans, I added 1/2 the can which was approx. 1 cup.
Mix all ingred. in bowl and let sit in fridge. Best served the next day.
