Introduction

Delicious frothy smoothie with hidden electrolyte punch. I sometimes drink this before or after a workout--or anytime I need a boost, really!

Note: I make a habit of freezing bananas before they go bad. I peel and halve the bananas and put them in freezer bags so they're ready to throw in a smoothie. Frozen bananas make the smoothie more cold, frothy, and creamy.
