Ingredients

    8 oz. chicken breast, chopped
    4 oz. crimini mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 pkg. California Stir Fry Vegetables
    1 pkg. Ramen Noodles (without season packet)
    3 Tbs. House of Tsang spicy stir fry sauce
    1 Tbs. House of Tsang Korean Stir Fry Sauce
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    salt and garlic to taste

Directions

Saute mushrooms, onions, chicken and frozen vegetables together. While sauteing, cook Ramen noodles (broken in half). DO NOT USE SEASONING PACKET. Add noodles, sauces and spices to vegetable mix. Saute for just a few more minutes. Makes 4 servings.
