Introduction

Ingredients

4oz Frozen boneless skinless chicken
1/2 Cup sliced or Chopped Green Bell peppers
1 Clove of Chopped Garlic
2 1/2 TBSP Kraft Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
4 Slices of Mozzarella
3TBSP Finely Shredded Mozzarella
4 to 6 Green Olives
1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Cup Spring Mix Salad
*Cappers if you want*
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*F.
Place your Frozen Chicken in an un-greased cooking pan.
Drizzle 1tbsp of the Vinaigrette on to the chicken then place the 4 slices of Mozzarella on top.
Spread the Chopped Bell peppers, Onions, Garlic, and Olives around the chicken. Add the Shredded Mozzarella on top the Bell Peppers and such, Evenly.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
Take out of the Oven, let cool and enjoy with your Spring Mix Salad. If any Drippings are left fro the Vinaigrette in the pan, use this instead of more Dressing.
