Introduction

There are several different ways you can make the quiche. Try adding milk to lower fat. I was trying to go for a little less carbs than other quiches. To do this try a No Crust Quiche. Ingredients

    9 inch deep pie crust

    1 cup of each:
    shredded Mont/jack cheese
    spinach
    Morning Star Crumbles

    Mixture:
    1 cup of each
    1/2 &1/2
    Heavy Whipping cream
    3 Eggs

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Other Ingredients to try:
    Red peppers/ green chilis/ mexican cheese/ green onion
    Mushrooms/ swiss cheese/ green onion
    sauted onions

Directions

In the 9 inch deep pie crust add 1 cup of each:
shredded Mont/jack cheese
spinach
Morning Star Crumbles

In a seperate bowl add one cup of 1/2 and 1/2 cream and Heavy whipping cream, and 3 eggs. Blend well & pour in to pie.
Bake at 400 degrees until middle bounces. Cut into 8 servings.
Does freeze well. To reheat microwave til hot, or bake (will cut down on excess liquid.)
