Introduction

Ingredients

1 lb. white fish fillets, seasoned as desired
2.5 cups bagged coleslaw blend
I medium green pepper, chopped
1 small red Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Kraft Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing,
8 6-inch corn tortillas
Directions
Makes 4 servings (2 tostadas each)
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray. Place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 10 min or until crisp an lightly browned.
Meanwhile, heat large non-stick skillet on medium heat. SPray with cooking spray. Add fish. cook 5 min on each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat. Use a fork to break up the fish into smaller pices. Stir in half the dressing.
Add remaining dressing to coleslaw blend and toss lightly. Spoon evenly onto tortillas. Top with fish mixture, peppers & onion
