Ingredients

    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup honey
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1.5 tsp vanilla
    4 cups oats
    1 cup coconut
    1 cup raisins

Directions

Bring oil, sugar, honey, and cinnamon to a boil, add vanilla; mix with oats and coconut in baking pan; bake @ 350, 15-20 minutes. Add raisins.
