Ingredients

    1 c. flour
    1 c. oat bran
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. (at least) fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions

Combine dry ingredients. Stir in liquid and berries all at once, just until blended. Fill standard 2 1/2 inch cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 15 to 18 muffins.
