Introduction

Loading several juicing recipes.
Calorie counting is based on the whole fruit and correct calorie intake can be determined by the process delineated on this website- http://www.ehow.com/how_5155227_count-calo
ries-juicing.html.
Some believe that juicing is no more than sugar, I believe that it is packed with nutrients and if you have a good juicer a lot more fiber than you'd find in store bought juices.
You should also know that fresh made juices loose a lot of nutrients after the first half hour. They are still great sources for a couple days in refrigerator but the best is to drink it directly after juicing.
I love juicing because it makes me feel full much longer and I rarely get cravings while juicing. I also think it is easier to control how much I eat if i juice at least once a day.
People also mention that is better to just eat the fruit. Well of course it is, if I liked to eat that many (RAW) fruits and vegetables then I wouldn't have the weight problem I have. I would be full off of all the fruit and vegetables I'm eating. So obviously this is an "easier" way to maintain healthy fresh food intake.
