Ingredients

    3 C. wheat raisin bran flake cereal
    1 C. Fiber One Caramel Delight cereal
    2 1/2 C. All purpose flour
    1/2 C Sugar
    1/4 C ground flax seed
    1/4 C oat bran
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 eggs beaten
    1/2 C sweetened applesauce
    2 C buttermilk
    1/4 C canola oil
    cooking spray

Directions

mix dry ingredients
make a well in the center
beat eggs slightly
add all wet ingredients in well
mix just until moistened
cover tightly and store upto 3 weeks in fridge
When ready to bake
spray muffin cups with cooking spray
fill cups 2/3 C full
bake at 400 for 15 mins
yield: 24 muffins
