Introduction

easy and good great I like mine very thin so will make the dough and cut in half easy and good great I like mine very thin so will make the dough and cut in half
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    warm water not boiling 1 cup
    1 pkg of yeast
    salt ( I use a little calls for a tsp)
    white flour I use Gold medal or what is on sale
    whole wheat flour King Arthurs
    oil either veggie or olive oil
    sugar 1 tablespoons (need to active the yeast)

Directions

first a large bowl
add yeast and and then sugar and warm water

and add oil

let it sit for 10 mintues till bubbles


then add salt and flour mix
if too dry add a bit more water

then you have to cover the bowl with a towel for 1 hour or more

take later I cut and have spare flour about a tablespoon and sprinkle and roll and stretch..

I use my hands to do it and then place in a pan ( I have pizza pan or I use a square pan and put dough into pan

add Marina sauce, I use spinach, garlic and onions and carrots that I cook first (carrots shredded ) You can use Cheese thats the way hubby makes it and its light and I use half you can use the whole to make one pie

you can wrap in plastic sealer bag and freeze thaw out and let sit to room temp where its is warm not cold....


put in a cold oven at 400 degrees about 10 15 mintues when golden brown done
