Introduction

You can use leaner beef, this is what I had on hand. You can use leaner beef, this is what I had on hand.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound beef (ground chuck or leaner)
    1/4 cup egg sub
    1/2 cup quaker oats
    1/4 chili sauce or BBq sauce
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1/4 cup wheat bran
    italian season or any spices you like (to taste)


Directions

mix all ingredients together place in large bread pan, preferably with rack on bottom (to drain fat)

bake at 350 for 30 -40 minutes. can add some extra chili sauce or BBQ on top of loaf the last 10 minutes.
