Ingredients

1/2 Gallon of 2% milk
Small container of plain yogurt to start
Once yogurt is made, will use yogurt as starter
Directions
Turn crockpot on low. Empty 8 cups of milk into crockpot and leave for 2.5 hours. Turn crockpot off and leave for 3 hours. Remove 2 cups of warm milk and combine with small container of yogurt. Return to crockpot. Wrap with bathtowel and leave overnight (minimum 8 hours). In the morning, transfer to a plastic bowl.
