Ingredients

4 oz. Silk Plain Soy Milk
4 oz. 100% Apple juice, unsweetened
1- 6 oz cup Stonyfield Farm's O'Soy Vanilla Soy Yogurt
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 Medium banana (ripe, frozen & broken into chunks)
1 TBSP Flax seeds
Directions
Measuring in the blender, add soy milk, apple juice and then soy yogurt. Place lid on blender and Turn on blender to "Blend" setting.
Slowly add banana and mixed berry pieces through hole in blender lid. Add flax seeds last.
