Ingredients

    1/2 cup baking cocoa
    3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1 1/2 cups Splenda, sucralose, or Truvia
    2 egg whites
    1tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1tsp vanilla
    1tblsp. peanut butter

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together then add egg whites, vanilla, and peanut butter just until combined. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-23 minutes being careful not to over bake.
