Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp non fat brownie mix (trader joes or no pudge)
    1 tsp brummel and brown
    1 tbsp of ff cream cheese and plain greek yogurt
    1 tbsp shredded unsweetened organic coconut
    1 strawberry
    1 tsp sf fudge topping
    1tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
mix brummel and brown and brownie mix in small bowl until mixed well
pat into bottom of small ramekin and bake for 10 minutes or unti you can start to smell the brownie mixture
In a seperate bowl combine the ff cream cheese and greek yogurt and vanilla, mix well using a whisk. When combined add in coconut. Add mixture to the top of the brownie and bake for another 20 minutes. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
Melt sf fudge topping in microwave and add to top of "cheesecake", top with sliced strawberries and enjoy!!!!!
