Ingredients
cups Beansprouts
1 cup Green Pepper (Bell Pepper), cut in strips
1 cup carrots, cut in strips
1 med onion, chopped
2 cups cabbag, shredded
1 tbsp cahew nuts
1 tbsp soy sauce
5g cornflour (mix with a little water to form paste)
Directions
Starts with a few spurts of cooking spray in a non-stick frying pan.
Add onions till it softens. Add carrots, green pepper and beansprouts and stir for about 5 mins. Add cabbage and stir for 2 mins. Add soy sauce and cornflour paste. Add cashew nuts and stir for another 3 minutes.
Serve with either brown rice or whole wheat pasta
