Number of Servings: 6


    4 chicken breasts (frozen)
    2 medium onions (sliced)
    2 cloves of garlic (minced)
    1.5 cups chicken broth
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2.5 Tbsp Mild Curry Powder
    .5 Tbsp Hot Curry Powder
    1 tsp Thyme
    1 Tbsp black pepper
    1 tsp basil
    1 Tbsp all purpose seasoning
    1/2 tsp all spice
    2 Tbsp Corn Starch
    1 Cup Shredded Carrot
    1 cup yogurt


Combine ingredients in crock pot. Add chicken while still frozen. Mix corn starch with water and add to crock pot.

Cook on low heat for 8 hours.

Serve over whole grain wild rice.

Makes 6 servings.
