Ingredients

    1 10oz. pkg. chopped spinach, thawed
    1 c. light mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. low fat sour cream
    3 green onions, chopped
    8 oz can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix

Directions

Thaw and squeeze spinach ntil dry. Blend all engredients well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
