Ingredients

    1 bag Tofu Shirataki Noodles
    1 red bell pepper
    3 oz mushrooms
    1/3 cup edamame
    3.5 oz rotisserie chicken breast
    3 Tbsp lite soy sauce
    1 Tbsp rice vinegar
    1/2 packet stevia
    1/2-1 tsp ginger root
    1 Tbsp chili paste
    3 small garlic cloves

Directions

Saute vegetables in pam and deglaze pan with soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, 1/2 packet stevia.

Rinse noodles well and pat dry.
When veggies are done, add in noodles, chicken and chili paste. Mix well.
