Introduction

Ingredients

    Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.), not peeled, about 5 oz each
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp, to taste
    Long John Silvers Malt Vinegar, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

Slice potatoes into 1/2 inch strips.

Place in a plastic bag and shake well.

Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and arrange in a single layer, baking for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Turn every 10 minutes.

Sprinkle to taste with salt and serve with malt vinegar.
