Ingredients

    *12oz of egg noodles
*2 cans of tuna (in water)
*1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
(A lot of people add peas to this recipe, but I don't care for them. Also, people add cheese...but that's not very helpful when dieting.)

Directions

Bring water to boil in a large pot (like what you'd use to make stew). Boil noodles until tender, drain water. Add cream of mushroom soup and tuna, stir. Let stand on low heat for 8 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Serve! (My husband likes for me to bake it in a casserole dish at 475 for 25 minutes or until noodles start to brown, but I like my noodles soft, not crunchy!) Makes 12 - 1 cup servings.

    Very Good

You can also use cream of celery soup for those who don't like mushrooms (although I do), low sodium soup is always a good option. Any frozen vegetable is good in this, peas, carrots, squash, just for the added veggie benefit. And, some put crushed potato chips on top 5-10 minutes before done, yum! - 3/4/10
