You can also use cream of celery soup for those who don't like mushrooms (although I do), low sodium soup is always a good option. Any frozen vegetable is good in this, peas, carrots, squash, just for the added veggie benefit. And, some put crushed potato chips on top 5-10 minutes before done, yum!
