Ingredients

1-1/2t Ener-G Egg Replacer
2T water
2-1/2c Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1/2c sugar
4t Baking Powder
1/2t salt
3/4c Earth Balance Butter
1c Blackberries
1/2c Soy Milk
Directions
In food processor or by hand whip the egg replacer powder with the water until frothy, set aside.
In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the butter and with a fork or pastry knife combine to make crumbly. Add the milk and berries.
Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Makes 10.
