    1 C. Cauliflower, diced very small
    1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans, rinsed & drained
    2 Large Handfuls Fresh Spinach
    1 Can Petite Diced Tomatoes
    31/2 T. Tomato Paste
    1 T. Garlic
    1 1/2 t. Oregano
    1 T. Basil
    1 Bay Leaf
    1 48oz Chicken or Vegie Stock
    1 can Chicken or Vegie Stock
    1 1/2 T. Better than Boullion Chicken or Vegie
    1 t. Salt
    1/4 t. pepper
