Ingredients

2 cloves Minced Garlic
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/4c 100% Liquid Egg Whites
2lbs Perdue Ground Chicken Breast
Sargento Reduced Fat Mozzarella
Hunt's No Sugar Added Spaghetti Sauce
1c Chopped Onion
1c Green Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a frying pan with pam, fry up onion, pepper and garlic until translucent.
In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, Egg whites and spices together.
Cut a large square of waxed paper and roll out the ground chicken mixture into a flat square.
Spread the veggie mix and half of the cheese in the middle of the ground chicken mixture.
Roll the waxed paper, with the meatloaf in the middle, until it shapes into a loaf.
Carefully unfold the waxed paper from the meatloaf and remove.
Fold the ends of the meatloaf so the cheese and veggies will not spill out during cooking.
Place in a loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min.
Take out of oven, top with the pasta sauce and remainder of the cheese.
Bake for an additional 20 min.
