Ingredients

    ½ cup lite soy sauce
    ½ cup dry sherry
    ½ cup canola oil
    2 minced garlic gloves
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    6 Cod fillets or loins

Directions

Mix the first 5 ingredients together and pour into a gallon Ziploc bag. Place the fish into the marinade, close the bag, and refrigerate for around 8 hours. Fire up the grill to around 350 degrees. Carefully place each piece of fish on the grill and cook for 5 – 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the fish. Be careful not to overcook. Fish will be flakey when cooked. This may also be baked in the oven instead of grilled.
