Ingredients

    Walnut halves, 0.5 cup
    Sugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrup, 0.25 cup
    Romaine Lettuce, about 2 quarts, torn
    Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup
    Red Wine Vinegar, 3 tbsp
    Water, 3 fl oz
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
    Minced Onion (dried), 1 tsp
    chopped garlic, 0.5 tsp
    Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp

Directions

Walnuts: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir walnuts and maple syrup to cat. Spread on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 3 minutes, stir and bake for additional 2 minutes. Set on wire rack to cool.

Salad: Mix the dressing ingredients and shake well.

In a large bowl, toss lettuce, walnuts and berries with dressing.
