Introduction
Found these delicious whole wheat tortillas at my favorite bakery (Dunford Bakers) I eat them with most of my meals.This recipe is a quick fix for me when I'm out running around doing errands and have no time to fix a meal. Ingredients

1 13 ounce can Chicken Breast in water (Members Mark from Costco) drained
2 T. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing light
1/2 C. Fat Free Mild Cheddar Cheese I use Kroger Brand or Weight Watcher Brand
4 T. Pace Picante Sauce (Hot is my choice, use mild or medium if you want )
10 Low Fat, Low Calorie Tortillas ( I use Tortilla Del Rancho Healthy Harvest brand, I get them from our local bakery.
Directions
Prep time and cooking time is approximate
Gather all the ingredients and dump it in a small bowl mix well breaking up chicken is smaller pieces. Spread evenly on 5 tortillas, put a tortilla on top of each of the tortillas with filling to make a sandwich and grill on a griddle on the stove until cheese is melted and tortilla is toasted.
serve with salad or raw veggies with more salsa on the side
dress it up if you would like with sour cream, guacamole or whatever you please but be sure to add in the extra calories and fat grams.
