Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, 3 breasts, bone and skin removed
    Fat free Sour Cream, 1 cup
    Two Sisters Gourmet Black Bean & Corn Salsa, 1 cup
    Cilantro, finely chopped, 2 tbsp
    Mission 96% Fat Free Whole Wheat Tortilla - medium soft taco, 8 torillas

Directions

Coat your slow cooker with cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Layer on bottom of slow cooker. In a separate container, mix together salsa, sour cream and cilantro. Pour over chicken. Cook in slow cooker for 8 hours on low or until chicken is cooked through. Once chicken is cooked, remove chicken breasts and shred meat. Return shredded meat to slow cooker and stir into sauce.

Serve on tortillas. Makes 8 servings.
