Introduction

I was going to make a stir fry from Chef Meg, but I screwed up and forgot some of the ingredients. However, I had a 3 blend pepper and onion mix in the freezer, so I experimented. Ingredients

    Kroger 3 Pepper and Onion Blend (Recipe Beginnings), 8 cup

    Chicken breast, poached, 12 oz

    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 7 tbsp

    Aldi Minced Garlic, 8 tsp

    VEGETABLE OIL COOKING SPRAY, KROGER ( 1/3 SEC SPRAY=1 SRVG),

Directions

Add just enough oil spray to keep the pepper and onion blend from sticking to the pan. Add the peppers to the pan and the poached chicken (you should chunk the chicken). Add the garlic and the soy sauce and cook till the food is warm (I prefer hot) and serve.
